This Week’s Dinner Plan
MONDAY: TOMATO RISOTTO FROM ITALY!
Fully: Gluten Free, Nut free, Vegetarian
Option for: Dairy free, Vegan
Grocery List:
- 2 cups Arborio rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 shallots, minced
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 cups bone broth (or broth of choice)
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 1 cup Dairy free mozzarella (you can use shredded too!)
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
