Meal prep notes:
There are 3 meals with rice this week. You can make rice in bulk for the first recipe and use the left overs for the remaining recipe. Or you can use pasta for the casserole and only have rice for 2 days. You can also switch between white rice and brown rice to keep each meal feeling differet.
There are 2 vegan/vegetarian meals this week. You can add any protein to these meas including grilled chicken, shredded chicken, gluten free chicken cutlet, ground chicken, ground turkey or gluten free mealtballs!
MONDAY: ONE-PAN GNOCCHI WITH TOMATO SAUCE
Fully: Gluten free, Dairy Free, Nut free, Vegetarian, 30-minute meal
Option for: Added protein
