This week I am focusing on 5 easy meals for you to make this week that of course take less than 30 minutes and have minimal clean up at the end - those are my favorite kinds. But the other thing these dinners have in common is that they were all featured on my instagram which means there are quick video tutorials of each. I feel like a quick video is helpful when I am in a rush and don’t even have time to read directions. A video gives me an idea of what I can expect to be doing before I even start.

This pizza is super easy to make! The chicken bakes up in 20 minutes in a cast iron skillet and the pizza itself takes only 10! I love making this because it is spicy, full of flavor and totally different from a pizza you have when you order in!
Ingredients:
Yogurt
Lemon juice
Tandoori Masala Mix
Olive oil
Gluten free pizza crust
