Anyone who would benefit from easy, time saving dinner recipes each week! I love saving time by using products like frozen rice so you don’t have to cook it from scratch, incorporating a jarred tomato sauce so you don’t have to make your own, and grilling up some chicken in bulk on a sunday to use in your dinners throughout the week!
Home cooks who like simple recipes with minimal ingredients and minimal dishes to do after. I hate doing dishes so I make a lot of one skillet recipes, one pan meals and healthy casseroles! Most recipes have about 6 ingredients and take less than 30 minutes.
People who eat gluten free and/or dairy free. You don’t need to be gluten free or dairy free to enjoy these recipes, they just also accomodate people with those restrictions!
Who Am I?
Hi! I’m Kayla. I have three dietary restrictions. Yeah. I know. CRAZY. I was diagnosed with celiac disease, a lactose intolerance, and a nut allergy in my early 20s. Since then, I found a creative outlet in navigating my way through every day recipes and adjusting them to fit my dietary needs.
HOW DID I GET STARTED: INSTAGRAM
Firs,t I started posting recipes to my instagram (@Kaylacappiello) as a way to feel good about food I was making that followed body's restrictions, but also as a way to connect with others over what our bodies need most—food.

Navigating food can be hard. I like to keep my recipes fun, bright, and approachable. In 2023 I published my first cookbook Easy Allergy-Free Cooking: Simple & Safe Everyday Recipes for Everyone!
I enjoy reading a good book, and also appreciate a good cocktail and cooking. I live just outside New York City with my husband and our dog, Beans.
