The easiest summer dessert is here and you guys are going to LOVE it! Think rice crispy bars but with popcorn instead! I used a vanilla frosting but you can use any flavor you want!
Summer popcorn Bar Recipe
gluten free, dairy free, 4 ingredients, 15 minutes
Ingredients:
10 cups of popcorn
1 10oz bag of marshmallows
1 tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
1 cup of vanilla icing
Directions:
1. Add butter or olive oil and marshmallows to a pot on medium low heat.
2. Let cook for 3-5 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
3. Add in the popcorn and mix together.
4. Immediately transfer to a lined baking sheet and firmly press to create a single layer of popcorn bars.
5. Let cool in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before icing.
6. Top with icing, cut and serve!
