This Week's Gluten free Meal Plan! (6/30-7/4)

Happy Friday!!! If you didn’t already know, we had our baby a month ago! I can’t believe hes already 5 weeks. Time has truly gone by so fast! Hes almost 11 lbs now, loves walks and bathtime and seems to not love napping! lol. We’re hanging in there. If you follow me on instagram (@kaylacappiello) I’ve been sharing a lot of “what I eat in a day” videos highlighting super easy meals I’ve been having, so make sure to check those out for more easy meal inspiration!
What do the recipes this week have in common? There are 2 recipes with ground meat this week. One with ground beef and one with ground turkey. If you are cooking only for yourself, or maybe just for 2, you can make both meals with the same ground meat to save yourself a little hassle while grocery shopping. That way you can use up all the ingredients. You can use ground turkey for both or ground beef for both.

Tuesday: Orange Chicken (Gluten free, Dairy free)
Wednesday: 15-Minute Spicy Chicken Burger (Gluten free, Dairy free)
Thursday: Vegan Rice Casserole (Gluten free, Dairy free)
Friday: Easy Vegan Black Bean Tacos Recipe (Gluten free, Dairy free)
