Happy Friday!! Today I’m giving you guys your weekly dinner plan with 5 gluten free, dairy free, 30-minute EASY recipes. I also included a round up of some of my favorite gluten free/dairy free products from this week.

What I did this week: Andrew and I drove down to our house in South Carolina. From New Jersey is about 10-11 hours plus we stopped along the way for lunch so it took about 12 hours. Beans came too! He slept in the car and loved looking out the windows! It actually was not as bad as I thought it would be. I’m totally content sitting for 12 hours listening to podcasts endlessly which is exactly what we did.
We listened to HYSTERICAL: Hysterical investigates a mysterious illness that spreads among a group of high school girls in upstate New York. What is causing their sudden, often violent symptoms? Is there something in the water or inside the school? Or is it “all in their head?”.
We also listened to KAREN: A stormy evening in January 2022 begins as an innocent night out for drinks with friends for a local couple in Canton, Massachusetts. But by daybreak, Boston police officer John O’Keefe turns up under six feet of snow dead. Was it Karen? Is Karen Read being framed?
Both were REALLY really interesting. 10/10 would reccomend!
