This Week’s Dinner Plan
MONDAY: 4-CHEESE MAC AND CHEESE
Fully: Gluten free, Nut free, vegetarian
Option for: vegan, dairy free
This recipe is gluten free and I used lactose free cheese but I am going to show you how to make it dairy free below! Mac and cheese and cheesy recipes like this are a treat in our house and not something we eat very often so this was really special!
Ingredients:
6 Tbsp. butter —> Sub vegan butter here for the vegan/dairy free option!
6 Tbsp. gluten free flour
4 cup milk of choice —> I used oat milk here but you can usee any plant based milk here for the vegan/dairy free option!
