Happy Friday!!
Last night Andrew and I got home from South Carolina. We were there for about a week and a half just for a change of scenery. Our family has a house down there we go to pretty often and we both have jobs that allow us to work from anywhere! So we worked down there, went to the beach, went to the pool, read a lot, played pickleball and golfed. It was such much needed relaxation time!
Today I’m giving you guys your weekly dinner plan with 5 gluten free, dairy free, 30-minute EASY recipes. I also included a round up of some of my favorite gluten free/dairy free products from this week.
As always, every recipe this week takes less than 30 minutes to make! I know it’s back-to-school time and the falk is SOO busy, so 30-minutes for dinner is about how long I usually have to make a good dinner and get it on the table. The recipes are easy, many only use one pan and of of course gluten free and dairy free. Time to make dinner EASY!
I love a good one pan pasta. The one this week is one of my favorites because you can make it with vodka sauce or tomato sauce! This one is also a one pan meal so ideal for when you hate doing dishes... which is every day for me.
There is also a second pasta recipe this week to help you use up all the pasta you bought this week! It has different ingredients so it still feels new and exciting. I also have a great ground turkey skillet this week to help you use up the leftover vodka sauce or tomato sauce you bought for the pasta. No food waste here!
Below you’ll find each recipe, a short grocery list for each recipe and a link to the full blog post.
Thank you for being here! I appreciate each and every one of you! Don’t forget, when you are a paid subscriber, you can access the ENTIRE website on my Substack home page. This includes my gluten free guides, my favorite gluten free product lists and more exclusive recipes.
