Happy Friday!! This week was SUPER busy! I filmed a ton of recipes, filmed 4 long-form cooking videos for my youtube channel! If you haven’t checked those out yet I have an easy meatball skillet video here and a one-pan pasta skillet here.
I also filmed a bunch of 30-minute one pan dinners to get up on the blog. While I cooked all those I listened to some really intersting podcasts. I’m so pumped the Supernatural podcast is back! I used to listen to it alll the time while I cooked. Its about really interesting supernatural phenomenons that have happened. No crime, just really interesting stuff!!
I also listened to the Mr Ballen Podcast this week which was absolutely WILDDD. It features a girl who was acting erratically and it ends up being something she ate that caused it…and if you’re gluten free you’re going to want to listen to this one!
As always, every recipe this week takes less than 30 minutes to make! I know it’s back-to-school time and the fall is SOO busy. Each recipe here is able to be made in 30-minutes which is about how long I usually have to make a good dinner and get it on the table. The recipes are easy, many only use one pan and of of course gluten free and dairy free. Time to make dinner EASY!
Monday night is an easy 3-ingredient pasta sauce recipe you can use over your favorite glute free pasta. You can even make extra pasta to have with the one-pan, 30-minute meatball recipe on tuesday night! Thursday’s Crockpot, one pan Peanut chicken recipe uses chicken and to make your life easier you can swap the sausage for grilled chicken on wedneday to cut back on buying diffrent meats!
Below you’ll find each recipe, a short grocery list for each recipe and a link to the full blog post.
Thank you for being here! I appreciate each and every one of you! Don’t forget, when you are a paid subscriber, you can access the ENTIRE website on my Substack home page. This includes my gluten free guides, my favorite gluten free product lists and more exclusive recipes.
