In this email you’ll find: 5 gluten free, dairy free, 30-minute EASY weeknight dinner recipes along with a quick tutorial video on how to make it. To make your life easier, I like to make sure to make extra of each meal for an easy lunch the next day!!

This Week’s Dinner Plan
MONDAY: CAPRESE CHICKEN SKILLET *NEW*
Fully: Gluten free, Nut free, 30 minute meal
Option for: Dairy free, Vegan, Vegetarian
For the Dairy free version make sure to use dairy free cheese. I used lactose free cheese in this video but any dairy free cheese will work exactly the same! You can also skip the cheese. This meal will still be delicious with the balsamic and tomato topping. For the vegan/vegetarian meal you can use portobello mushrooms or a cauliflower steak instead!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs or gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 egg
