Happy Friday!! Today I’m giving you guys your weekly dinner plan with 5 gluten free, dairy free, 30-minute EASY recipes. I also included a round up of some of my favorite gluten free/dairy free products from this week.

What I did this week:
Last weekend I went to my friend’s bachelorette party in the poconos. We had so much fun doing fit pits in the backyard and visiting wineries in the area. We also had a private chef come which was actually really great because they were able to make everything gluten free for me!
On sunday Andrew and I also went to my grandpa’s birthday party! He turned 90! It was out at an italian restaurant which was also SUPER accommodating! I got gluten free pasta and they were able to make me gluten free chicken parmesan by using grilled chicken instead of breaded chicken….obviously this inspired friday’s recipe here!
Whenever I go out to a restaurant I bring a lactaid with me. I feel like its so hard to find dairy free dishes out. I keep dairy free cheese at home for when I need it but when I go out to a restaurant I just use a lactaid.
