Notes to make your meals easier: Multiple recipes have chicken this week. You can cook in bulk and use the same chicken for all the recipes to save time! You can use shredded chicken, grilled chicken, sauteed chicken or gluten free chicken tenders!

When I was in college we used to go to wing night every week and they had a sauce called GOLDRUSH SAUCE. It was basically a mix of BBQ sauce and Honey mustard and I’ve been making my own version of it ever since! For the vegan or vegetarian version just omit the chicken or repalce it with a vegan chick’n option.

Gluten-free chicken tenders grilled chicken, shredded chicken or any left over chicken you have from earlier in the week.
