THE MEAL PREP
Meal prep notes:
There are 3 meals with rice this week. You can make rice in bulk for the first recipe and use the left overs for the remaining recipe. Or you can use pasta for the casserole and only have rice for 2 days. You can also switch between white rice and brown rice to keep each meal feeling differet.
Multiple recipes use sauteed peppers and onions. You can prepare them all in the begining of the week to make the rest of the dinner recipes easier.
3 recipes have chicken this week. One has shredded, one had grilled and one has sauteed chicken breasts. You can cook in bulk and use the same chicken for all 3 recipes to save time!
