THE MEAL PREP
Meal prep notes:
There are 3 meals with rice this week. You can make rice in bulk for the first recipe and use the left overs for the remaining recipe. Or you can use pasta for the casserole and only have rice for 2 days. You can also switch between white rice and brown rice to keep each meal feeling differet.
3 recipes have chicken this week. You can cook in bulk and use the same grilled chicken for all 3 recipes to save time!

Option for: vegetarian, vegan
3-4 tbsp yellow or green coconut curry mix (or mix together 2 tablespoons of curry powder, ½ teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of cumin, ½ teaspoon of coriander, and a pinch of cayenne pepper)
