I’ve seen so many people struggle with what to make for easy weeknight dinners. I used to be someone who struggled with that! But I found that if its an easy 30-minute recipe, if it uses one pan and uses minimal ingredients, its easier to handle!

Each meal featured in my weekly meal plan takes less than 30 minutes and makes minimal mess.

30-Minute Oven Baked Fajita Tacos (gf/df)
30-Minute Sheet Pan Tostadas with Corn (gf/df)
30-Minute Gluten Free Turkey Meatballs with Cheese (gf/df)
