Gluten Free Banana Cream Pie Recipe
Ingredients
1 gluten free graham cracker Pie Crusts
2 packages of any whipped topping cool whip, cocowhip, etc
3 oz banana cream pudding mix
1 banana
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Add 1 1/2 packages of any whipped topping to a bowl and combine with the banana cream pudding mix. Add chocolate chips.
Mix together. Scoop half the amount as the first layer into the pie crust. Top with banana slices.
With the remaining half, add 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Mix together. Scoop the remaining pudding into the pie crust as the 2nd layer.
Top with leftover whipped topping and freeze for 1 hour before serving!
