Gluten free Banana Bars Recipe:
Prep Time 15minutes mins
Cook Time 30minutes mins
Servings: 8 servings
Ingredients
2 bananas
3/4 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup protein powder or more gluten free flour
3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
2 tbsp oat milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Add the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix together.
Add the wet ingredients in. Mix together.
Add to parchment lined loaf pan and bake on 350 for 30-35 minutes.
Top with vanilla icing.
