Ingredients
1 lb ground lean turkey
1 jar 12 ounces tomato sauce
2 bell peppers chopped
1 onion chopped
2 cups brown rice, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the bell peppers, and onion to the skillet.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned.
Add the cooked/frozen brown rice.
Add the tomato sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
