I’ve seen so many recipe videos that look really good, but when I look at the amount of ingredients and pots and pans I need to use I totally give up. If a recipe has 20+ ingredients and 5 pots and pan it feels too hard, especially for an easy weeknight dinner. I want easy, one pan meals with minimal ingredients. Is that too much to ask? I want my weeknight dinners to be easy!
This week I’m sharing 5 One-Pan Dinner recipes. They are packed with vegetables to get some nutrients in and also only take around 30 minutes because we’re all feeling lazy after the holidays.
Today’s newsletter will walk you through these 5 easy meals:
MONDAY: One-Pan Air Fryer Salmon
TUESDAY: One-Pot Chicken Pot Pie
WEDNESDAY: One-pot shredded beef
THURSDAY: One-Pan Chicken Francese
FRIDAY: One-Pan Pizza (pizza oven, air fryer or baked!)
Heres what I’ve been making over on instagram this week: also don’t miss some REALLY big news I announced this week!
Below you’ll find each recipe, a short grocery list for each recipe and a link to the full blog post.
