Sometimes I am lazy… truly lazy. 😂 Between working, entertaining Fletcher, and keeping up with our Bean's our puppy, I barely have time to think about dinner — let alone deal with a sink full of dishes. We just got back from a week away in South Carolina, and the last thing I want to do is scrub pots and pans or spend an hour in the kitchen. This is the perfect dump it and bake it meal. Literally just dump everything in one pan and pop it in the oven. Could not be simplier than that!!
That’s where this easy ravioli bake comes in. I didn’t even boil the pasta first! I literally just threw everything into one skillet and popped it straight into the oven. Dinner done.
This is exactly the kind of recipe I need on busy weeknights — still homecooked, still cozy, but without all the effort.
Here’s why I love it:
✅ Only 4 ingredients
✅ Gluten free (with a dairy-free option)
✅ No boiling required — everything cooks together
✅ Only one pan = minimal cleanup
✅ Leftovers are just as good the next day
It’s quick, simple, and realistic — exactly the kind of dinner that saves me on nights when I want something comforting but don’t have the time or energy for anything complicated.
swaps: Use any sauce you want! I used a roasted garlic tomato sauce but a caramelized onion tomato sauce, a vodka sauce or a creamy pesto sauce would work here too!!
