30-Minute Bok Choy and Pork Chili Oil Noodles (Gluten free)
ready in just 30 minutes (not the hour takeout takes!)
I love chili oil so my 9 month old was asleep for the night and I figured let’s make a quick version from scratch. This easy noodle recipe tastes exactly like take out noodles but is ready in just 30 minutes (not the hour takeout takes!). This easy weeknight dinner is a gluten-free recipe because I used gluten-free soy sauce and rice noodles. If you don’t want to make this quick chili oil from scratch, you could always use the store-bought kind!
I listened to my new audio book while I made these chili oil noodles tonight for dinner. Literally they took 30 minutes!

How to Store and Reheat:
This recipe reheats really well! Plus it is great for an easy meal prep. I love to make this for for dinner and then have the leftovers for lunch the next day! I store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. When I’m ready to enjoy again, I reheat it a skillet on the stovetop or microwave!
How do I make sure this recipe is certified gluten free?
Make sure to read ALL your labels! This recipe can be made gluten free and celiac safe as long as all your ingredients are labeled as gluten free.
